Do you ever know exactly what you should do but you just can't seem to do it?
Sometimes we know what we’re supposed to do but we don’t do. We know what we’re not supposed to do, but we do it anyway. Because of this, it’s easy to feel defeated. That defeat can lead to regret, shame, and even worse, apathy.
