Become a Group Leader!
Small Groups are now accepting new Group Leader submissions as we prepare for our February launch.
As we approach a new Groups season beginning February 8, we invite you to prayerfully consider leading a Small Group. Group Leaders play a vital role in helping people experience biblical community by creating space for meaningful connection, spiritual growth, and a shared life centered on Jesus.
Jesus Himself modeled this way of life. While He taught the crowds, He invested deeply in a smaller community—sharing meals, opening the Scriptures, asking questions, and inviting His disciples to live out what they were learning. Scripture reminds us of this calling in James 1:22 (NLT): “Don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says.”
In Groups, we practice the way of Jesus together, allowing His Word to shape our posture, renew our perspective, and guide how we live each day.
Being a Group Leader isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about faithfully creating space where people can encounter God through His Word, grow toward spiritual maturity, and experience a community marked by understanding, encouragement, and care. Groups at Worship Center are designed to help people:
- Connect with Jesus and one another
- Engage deeply in their faith and grow as disciples
- Serve God, each other, and the world around them
As a Group Leader, you’ll be supported, equipped, and encouraged by our Groups team as you faithfully invest in others and help cultivate a community rooted in Jesus.
If you sense God inviting you into this next season, we encourage you to take a step of faith and consider leading a group.
Group Leader submissions are due by December 31. This allows time for onboarding, training, and preparing your group for sign-ups ahead of the February launch.
To submit, visit worshipcenter.org/small-groups and click “Lead a Group.”
Your yes could be the catalyst for meaningful growth, both for you and for those God brings into your group.
