Why Groups Matter at Worship Center

Betsy Torres   -

Groups aren’t just part of Worship Center’s programming – they’re about living out our faith in biblical community.

Groups are where we connect beyond Sunday mornings, deepening our relationships with God and with one other. It’s where we grow as disciples, just like in Acts 2:42: “All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing meals (including the Lord’s Supper), and to prayer.”

Groups create spaces where we: Connect, Engage, and Serve in ways that reflect Jesus to our world.

Throughout the week, Groups gather in homes, coffee shops, and here in our church building – and in those spaces, people are deepening their faith and growing together.

This season, our Groups are also leaning into the heart of Matthew 25 Project — living out God’s love in real, tangible ways. One Group is assembling Operation Christmas Child boxes, others are sending cards to encourage military families or people in hospitals, and some are sewing projects that bless communities around the world. It’s inspiring to see how God is moving through this ministry!

Take your next step toward spiritual growth and connection — find a Group where you can grow your roots deeper in God’s Word and in relationship with others.

We’d love to connect with you!
