Kristen serves as a Special Education Teacher at Grace International School in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Grace International School exists so that international Christian workers can remain abroad by providing educational and spiritual needs of their children being met. The school provides the only special education program in the area available to Thai children.

These needs include access to distance education support, adaptive instruction, and tools that enable students to grow in their personal faith journey with the Lord. 

In the future Kristen will be transitioning to part-time teaching and will be joining ACCESS CAMPAIGN to open the city’s first gymnastics center, alongside a community center and church. Thai people care deeply about health and fitness and the health center will be a place to care for their physical and spiritual needs. 

Kristen’s vision is to reach more Thai native kids and model for them what it’s like to live a Christ-centered lifestyle and share all the ways they have access to the gospel. Thailand is less than 1% Christian, so there is a lot of work to be done.
