500,000 Meals Packed For Global Impact
On Saturday, Dec 2nd, 2023, over 500 dedicated volunteers joined forces to pack 100,000 nutritious meals of rice and beans! These meals will go to some of the most desperate places on earth.
Remarkably, this year marks our 5th time participating in PackHope, and we’ve consistently packed 100,000+ meals each time. As a result, Worship Center has collectively joined together to pack over half a million meals! We love the generosity of our church!
During the event, many small groups, families, and groups of friends packed meals together.
Jenna Robertson, one of our staff members, said: “Group life has been a huge part of knowing Jesus more and growing together with others. PackHope was a perfect opportunity for our focus group and small group families to unite and take it to the next level of serving our world!”
A particular highlight of the day was seeing multiple generations serve, laugh, and work together on a project that will make a difference worldwide.
