Brad and Kate Aldrich Will Step Down To Pursue Counseling & Coaching Ministry
In response to opportunities God continues to place in their lives, Brad and Kate Aldrich have made the decision to step down from the roles on Worship Center’s staff in order to continue in their growing counseling and coaching ministry.
Brad came on staff ten years ago to provide oversight for the brand new re|engage marriage ministry at Worship Center. From there, he stepped into full-time ministry, leading areas such as Small Groups, and eventually accepting the role of Marriage and Family Pastor. Kate has served on staff in the areas of Kids and Student Ministry and Marriage and Family Ministry. We’re so grateful for the years of sacrifice and service they poured into ministry to help families and marriages heal, grow, and see restoration.
Brad and Kate say, “We will be continuing in marriage ministry as we continue to build our coaching and counseling ministry, Aldrich Ministries, and our podcast, Still Becoming One. We simply cannot ignore the opportunities that God has given us to grow that ministry by providing coaching and resources to couples around Lancaster and the world.”
