Colin Davis

As the Executive Pastor of Operations, I'm passionate about helping create healthy teams, helpful systems, and environments where people can encounter Jesus. While much of my role happens behind the scenes, I believe every detail matters because every person matters. Jesus came so that everyone might know His love and the hope found in Him, and I want every person who walks through our doors to know they are welcomed, seen, and deeply loved. Whether it's through leading teams, stewarding resources, or creating environments where ministry can flourish, my heart is to help remove distractions so our church can stay focused on loving God and loving others.

I'm originally from the Eastern Shore of Maryland—but I'm not much of a seafood fan. (I know...it's weird.) I do, however, love crabs and football! After graduating from business school, I moved to Lancaster in 2010 and began attending Worship Center in 2013. I quickly fell in love with this church family and started serving on the worship team before joining the staff in 2017. Along the way, God also brought my amazing wife, Melanie, into my life, and together we've been blessed with our daughter, Hadley.

When I'm not around the church campus, you'll usually find me spending time with Melanie and Hadley, working on a home project, grilling something outside, enjoying a great cup of coffee, or sneaking in a round of golf whenever I can.
