Converge

Converge is Worship Center's student ministry for grades 6-12! We meet Sunday nights at 6:30 p.m. during the school year.

At Converge, our focus is to lead middle and high schoolers to center their lives on Jesus. What we want for every student who walks in is for them to know Jesus, grow in community, and serve our world, whether they grew up in church or have never set foot in one.

Converge is Worship Center's student ministry for grades 6-12! We meet Sunday nights during the school year from 6:30-8:30pm. If you come early, grab some snacks and a free soda, and hang out before we kick things off!

Expect games and high energy, passionate worship, and teaching from the Bible that connects directly to what students are walking through. Middle school and high school meet in separate environments, each designed to align with students' specific life stages. All in all, we hope to provide much more than a fun Sunday night — our prayer is for students to encounter the Lord, for the Good News of Jesus to take root within them, and for them to walk out differently than they walked in.

We see your student for a couple hours each week. You see much more. You are the most significant spiritual influence in your child's life. Our job is to partner with you by providing caring adults outside of the home who want the best for your child, who reinforce who Jesus is and what it means to give their life to Him, and who keep you in the loop so you don't have to wonder what's going on. Are volunteers vetted? Yes, and we take that seriously. Each volunteer completes a comprehensive background check, onboarding process, and training before joining our team. How can I stay in the loop? Email is our primary way to keep you informed on things you may need to plan around — events, camps, schedule changes, and more. Small Groups at Converge

Every student at Converge is placed in a small group. After the message each week, students gather in groups of 8-12 with kids their own age and the same two trained, passionate adult leaders who can't wait to get to know you.

Every student at Converge is placed in a small group. After the message each week, students gather in groups of 8-12 with kids their own age and the same two trained, passionate adult leaders who can't wait to get to know you.

Consistency is the point — these aren't random people rotating in and out. They're set groups with committed leaders who show up week after week, learn your student's name and story, and walk with them as they grow. No sign-up needed. Every student has a place to belong and a leader in their corner.

New Here?

Showing up for the first time is the hardest, we know. That's why we keep the next step simple: just come. Show up on a Sunday night, tell someone at the door it's your first time, and we'll take it from there. You don't need to know anybody, bring anything, or have it all figured out.
