After his physical death, Jesus rose from the dead and ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He promises to return to earth to fulﬁll the eternal plan of God. We believe God wonderfully and immutably creates each person as male or female. These two distinct, complementary genders together reﬂect the image and nature of God.
