Jorgen & Maria Lindberg

Jörgen & Maria serve with Breadgate International (formerly known as People To People International). The ministry was founded by Jörgen’s parents, Oliver and Ulla Lindberg, in 1984. Breadgate International supports evangelical and humanitarian efforts in the Republic of Moldova, Romania, and Poland. Breadgate International also supports a handful of pastors financially. Through them, we help carry out different projects. Breadgate International also collaborates with different organizations.

In Romania, we work with Children of Promise, which serves Roma (Gypsy) children. We also collaborate with Eastern European Bible College and their media faculty, as well as Assist Pastoral Education for lay pastors. On occasion, we finance prosthetics for individuals with disabilities through the orthopedic clinic Theranova in Oradea. We also support humanitarian efforts in the Gypsy colony in Tinca.

In the Republic of Moldova, Breadgate International assists the Daily Bread Foundation (Fundatia O Paine Pe Zi). The foundation owns a bakery that distributes bread on a weekly basis to approximately 200 poor people living in the Glodeni municipality. The Daily Bread Foundation also hands out care packages to about 30 families in the same area. Each summer, a VBS is held that gathers about 200 children.
