John & Elaine Allegretto

John and Elaine have served with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) since 1982 and currently serve in Mexico and Central America. John serves on YWAM’s International Discipleship Training School Centre Leadership Team.

Together, John and Elaine work to train the trainers serving in YWAM’s signature training program, the Discipleship Training School (DTS). The focus of DTS is to strengthen one’s relationship with God, with others, and with His Church.

John and Elaine also serve with DTS Equip, a leadership school designed to equip long-term missionaries to teach and disciple the next generation(s) of disciple-makers.

They are trained missionary debriefers and serve missionaries pastorally. In addition, John and Elaine support and serve in various projects throughout the region, including relief projects to the poor.

Elaine is also a gifted teacher in the Discipleship Training School, having taught throughout North America, Mexico, and Central America.

John and Elaine are passionate about developing leaders who live out their faith and multiply disciples wherever God calls them.
