Tiffany's Journey from Brokenness to Healing

by Mandy Johnson on February 14, 2018

We had the pleasure of witnessing a compelling story of redemption when Tiffany was baptized during Sunday services. Tiffany recommitted her life to Jesus in January 2018 after reaching out to Worship Center through Facebook and connecting with Katrina, a First Steps volunteer. Katrina had the honor of baptizing Tiffany and celebrating her salvation and commitment of faith. Here is Tiffany's story:

"Tiffany was doing things her own way, drinking, partying, and making choices that were taking her down a lonely road where she felt like life was spinning out of control. She hit rock bottom and became a victim of domestic violence. She was broken, feeling hopeless, stressed and worthless. She felt like she was hurting her family and wanted to change her way of life.

"Tiffany recommitted her life to Jesus [in January 2018] after reaching out to Worship Center for help and connecting with Katrina, a First Steps volunteer. Tiffany says she is much happier and energetic.

"After praying and deciding to follow Jesus, it was like the weight of the hurts, struggles, pain, abandonment, and worthlessness just fell off her shoulders. She is excited to read her Bible every morning. Tiffany sees life differently now—she knows she is not alone and doesn’t have to do things on her own anymore. She says it was the best decision of her life!"
