Local Outreach

Reaching the least, the lost, and the lonely

In the past, issues people were experiencing in other countries were quite different from those in a local American community. Times have changed. We now see a growing need to respond to problems like poverty and other social concerns in our own backyard. Refugees from the least reached parts of the world are arriving on our doorstep. Children and young people need godly mentors more than ever. Through the eyes of the Gospel, this is an incredible opportunity. As a church, we want to embrace our local community and be ambassadors of Christ, sharing his love to our neighbors.

Caring for Refugees

God has always had a heart for the foreigner and the displaced. People from all over the world are coming to Lancaster and they are in need of care, love, and friendship. Acting as the hands and feet of Christ, Worship Center family will love its neighbors and reach out in practical ways. How can you help?

"In Lancaster County, 55,977 people are living in poverty."
