Confronting Anxiety, a 6-week workshop that will give you the skills you need to overcome anxiety. Thanks to a faith-based approach, you'll learn how God intends for you to feel free of anxiety. You'll also learn scriptures, breathing exercises, and other tools that will help you in your day-to-day life. This group meets on Wednesdays at 6 pm in the Fireside Room. This group begins January 16, 2019.
