Anxiety doesn’t have to hold you back any longer! Confronting Anxiety is a workshop that offers the necessary skills to overcome anxiety. Through a faith-based approach, you’ll learn how God intends for you to feel free of anxiety. You’ll also learn scriptures, breathing exercises, and other tools that will help you in your day-to-day life. Join us for this six-week class, and feel like yourself again! This group will begin September 15, 2022.
