Interact with people as a part of the weekend services when our church family comes together to worship and learn.

HOSPITALITY

Baker: Assist with baking on Fridays for weekend services and special events. Includes some “from scratch” recipes, and also freezer-to-oven baking. Some prior baking experience preferred.

Café Prep: Help with preparations for the café or other special events during weekday hours.

Café Staff: Three month commitment to serve in the café in a variety of positions including register, barista, food prep and service, dish room and making coffee for the café and classes. Serve one time a month during Saturday or Sunday services, or Tuesday-Friday evenings 5:00-7:15pm.

Café Team Leader-In-Training: For those who would like greater responsibility, this is a three month trial and training period. We will place you with a team leader on the service you wish to serve and train you to oversee a team one service a month. Leadership skills and commitment to the team are required.

Café - Classroom Stocker: Take inventory and restock classrooms with coffee supplies, snacks and waters; wash mugs; and stock the Connections area. This is an every other week assignment. 

Emergency Medical Response Team: EMT’s, doctors, nurses, and others with medical training are on-call at WC during weekend services.

Greeters: Friendly people to provide a warm welcome at first service.

Greeter Team Leaders: Provide leadership to a team of first service greeters. Must have leadership skills, and be organized and friendly.

Home and Nursing Home Visitation: Visit congregation members in the home or nursing home once a month.

Hospital Visitation Ministry: Visit congregation members once a week on your assigned day to encourage, render hope and extend God's healing ability.

Security: Conduct roaming patrols of the building and perform security checks. Openings on the third Saturday of the month, and the fourth Sunday first and second service.

Ushers: Help with many functions throughout the service such as helping people to find seats, collecting the offering, and distributing handouts. Serve twice a month on a Sunday crew that alternates first and second service.
