About PrimeTime

PrimeTime, the senior adult ministry of Worship Center, is designed for those entering into mature adulthood. This is your time to cherish because you've earned it! At PrimeTime, you will discover people just like you who are ready to enjoy life in their senior years.

The purpose of PrimeTime is to share our faith and wisdom with people of all ages, to build strong relationships, and to reach out and relay the Good News of Jesus Christ to non-believing seniors.

Activity Days

For those in active retirement, every day is a new opportunity to enjoy life and make a difference. PrimeTime offers a variety of ways for you to connect with others your age in an active environment. Day trips, ministry presentations, and other outings will keep you on the go! PrimeTime hosts activity days once a month.

Senior Outreach

We believe that you have a lot to give, so there are opportunities for you to do just that with PrimeTime. Mission trips, visits and ministry to those in long-term care facilities and senior centers, and singing in outreach ensembles are just a few of the avenues we use to reach out to others. Seniors connecting with other seniors so that none are left behind is our goal! Various events are scheduled throughout the year.

Boomers

Boomers is the ministry for adults ages 45 to 59. Events such as the annual Boomers' picnic give new empty nesters a chance to connect with each other. Various events scheduled throughout the year.

Hymn Sing

Hymns are the traditional songs of the Church that most senior adults grew up singing and still enjoy today. The Hymn Sing is a gathering dedicated to worshipping God in the simplest of ways - singing hymns while accompanied by a piano. Scheduled throughout the year.

Groups

We meet in homes throughout the county; anyone age 60 or older is more than welcome to attend. If you fit in in this age group, have a pocketful of life experiences, are willing to share with others, and want to be a part of the "God's-not-done-with-me-yet" crowd, come join us!
