MOC Update: Workers Are Thankful

Worship Center's MOC (Ministry of Construction) held a Thanksgiving luncheon on November 25. Construction workers were treated to a delicious turkey dinner donated and prepared by WC members, John and Dawn Koser. Before the meal, Pastor Don Neff led in a prayer, thanking God for his provision and protection over the workers and their families. There was a cheery atmosphere in the trailer as conversations centered around Thanksgiving plans, family, and rifle-hunting season.

Right in line with our "What Can I Give?" message series, WC member, Elizabeth Burton sent in this encouraging note about how giving and generosity can go a long way...

"During my stay in the hospital, a nurse heard me say I go to Worship Center. She got excited and told me her husband works with one of the construction teams and how amazed and grateful they are for the care and concern the church has for the workers...And the food is awesome! TO GOD BE THE GLORY!"
