Moving Day
Worship Center staff members officially moved their offices on Tuesday, July 20. Along with many volunteers, over 40 offices were vacated in the existing facility and transplanted to the new building. See photos here...

Mailing Address Changes
With the move into the new building, Worship Center’s street address will remain the same at 2384 New Holland Pike, Lancaster. However, Lancaster County Christian School (LCCS) and Shepherd’s Touch Counseling Ministry facilities have each received a new mailing address. The new street address for LCCS is 2390 New Holland Pike. Shepherd’s Touch is 2394 New Holland Pike. The phone number for each ministry remains the same.

ManZone invites you to attend a night with the Lancaster Barnstormers, Wednesday, August 11 at 7pm. Fifty dugout box seats are available. Cost is $8 each. ManZone Fall Session Kick-Off & Breakfast will be Saturday, September 11, from 8-11am. Bring your son or daughter to hear Samuel McNabb, father of Donovan McNabb. Sam is president and Chief Executive Director of Seado Enterprises, a company that assists high school student-athletes in earning and securing a scholarships to continue their education. He also founded the National Football Players' Fathers Association. Breakfast will be served at 8:30am. Cost is $10 per adult and $5 for children under 12. Registration coming soon.

Consider donating new or gently used sneakers in school-aged children's sizes (boys and girls) for the Corner of Hope in Leola. Donations will be accepted the weekend of July 31-August 1 in the WC lobby. For more information, contact Lisa at the church office.

Kelly & Ursula Daniel, missionaries of WC in Albania, are looking for someone to assist them long- or short-term with baking and managing a coffee shop they will be opening this summer. For more information, contact Lisa at the church office.

Worship Center Global Ministries is sending a team, under the leadership of Daryl & Dianna Stoltzfus, to work with missionaries, Kelly & Ursula Daniel in Albania, August 26-September 5. The main objective for the team will be to construct playground equipment for the children in Korca, Albania where there are very few playgrounds. If time permits, the team may do some light construction work on the church itself, installing windows and doors. Approximate cost is $1,800. Pick up an application at the Global Ministries kiosk in the lobby or contact Lisa at the church office for more information.

Job Opening - Multimedia Designer
Worship Center is looking for a full-time multimedia designer. This person would be responsible for providing multimedia content for various Worship Center ministries. Bachelor's degree in media production required. Job description and application are available online at worshipcenter.org/jobs.

Emergency Medical Response Team
We are developing an Emergency Medical Response Team. Members of the team will be "on call" here at Worship Center during our weekend services. EMTs, doctors, nurses, and others with medical training are needed. The We Care Food Pantry is in need of one person to serve on Thursdays from 4-6pm twice a month, or two people to serve once a month. Please contact Sharon or show your interest on the Communicator. |

Mothers of Preschoolers
MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) is looking for a MOPPETS coordinator for the 2010-11 season. The coordinator is responsible for recruiting childcare volunteers and preparing simple lessons and crafts for the children. Time commitment is 8:30-11:30am every other Friday.
