Department: Creative Ministries
Reports to: Creative Ministries Director
Position Summary: Responsible for providing multimedia content for various Worship Center ministries, which may include children and student ministries as necessary. This includes the coordination and production of video announcements weekly, stories of faith monthly, video media content for edge-blended screen, production of small group DVD series, and other multimedia projects for weekend services, special events, and promotions for WCM. This position requires a personable personality to work with church family members and to develop volunteer team members, building ownership in the ministry for the Worship Center church family.

Schedule:
- Full-time 32-hour salaried position with benefits.
- Varied schedule from week to week.
- Required: One out of four weekend services per month serving as video operations manager (which requires an alternate day off during the week.)
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in media production with an emphasis on video capturing and post-production, or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
- Experience: Minimum two years experience in media production, including at least one year of video capturing and post-production experience, as well as a working knowledge of edge-blending projection & live production. Proven proficiency with directing media projects, including multi-camera capturing and post-production. Experience with Macintosh platform, Final Cut Pro, ProPresenter, Adobe Photoshop & After Effects, Flash, Macromedia required.
- License/Certification: Valid PA drivers license.
- Specific Abilities: Good time management and people skills, multitasking, and a self-starter. Skilled with creative lighting, video capturing and post-production, editing, and audio in both live and studio broadcast settings. Understanding of video streaming and other forms of video-for-web applications required. Must be willing to work varied hours, including evenings and one three-service weekend per month. Must be flexible and able to make last-minute adjustments to schedule and set-up requests.
Duties:
- Produce high quality multimedia presentations for weekend services, special events, and promotions.
- Provide input regarding media production needs to determine program content and structure.
- Research and assist in writing program scripts.
- Coordinate and provide direction for media projects both on site and on location; supervise production to include scheduling personnel, equipment rental, and support activities; contract for professional services; sound recording, editing, output preparation, and completion.
- Produce small-group DVD series two to three times per year.
- Produce ongoing media presentations that communicate the heart and ministry of Worship Center to visitors and the community.
- .Preview outsourced media to be used for weekend services, including countdowns, stock videos, worship motion backs, etc.
- Coordinate production of required multimedia artwork to include titles, animations, intros & outros, etc.
- Maintain records reflecting operational activities, costs of services, and inventory of productions.
- Maintain inventory of required videography supplies and equipment; evaluate new equipment, films, and techniques for motion media application; recommend purchase of new equipment and supplies; perform routine maintenance on audio, lighting, and other equipment related to this position.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Department:FaST (Facilities Services Team)
Reports to: Facility Services Manager
Position Summary: Maintain a clean, organized atmosphere by performing specified housekeeping duties as well as responding to clean-up situations as they arise. Prepare facilities and rooms for meetings, small group and ministry activities, and clean and reset rooms. Weekends will be assigned on a rotation basis and will include Saturday evening & Sunday morning services.

Schedule:

Qualifications:
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Knowledge of general cleaning techniques and basic equipment (vacuum, mop, dry-mop, etc.)
- License/Certification: N/A
- Specific Abilities: Must be detail oriented and able to work independently. Able to stand for the duration of the shift and routinely lift up to 25 lbs.
- Suitable candidate should be personable, able to interact with a wide variety of people while staying task-focused and service-oriented.
Duties:
- Disinfect and clean bathrooms, fill paper towel, toilet paper and soap dispensers as needed.
- Maintain cleaning standards in all rooms, auditorium and common areas as assigned.
- Vacuum, dry/wet mop floors in assigned area to keep floors free of dirt and debris.
- Clean mirrors, glass, light fixtures, vents, furniture, etc in assigned areas.
- Collect trash throughout assigned area and disposes properly. Wash trash containers as necessary to maintain them in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Perform spot removal and cleaning of carpet as assigned.
- Move and transport furniture and equipment as required to facilitate set-ups.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment in a safe and sanitary condition. Keep housekeeping utility rooms in a clean, orderly manner.
- Carry a radio to facilitate communication and responds immediately.
- Responsible for opening building and/or shut-down & lock-up.
- Perform other duties related to the work of the department as assigned or to meet needs.
Additional Weekend Service Duties:
- Act as the building liaison and primary support person to ministry leaders throughout shift.
- Provide an excellent customer service experience for our members.
- During weekend services, maintain cleanliness in the Common Grounds area, including tables, countertops, and trash.
