John & Elaine serve Youth With A Mission-Tyler training and discipling the emerging generation to love God, love truth, and to affect the world with the gospel of Jesus. This is done through IDTSC meetings to strategize how to train and disciple worldwide, training workshops for the school staff serving the region of Central America and Mexico, teaching in Discipleship Training Schools (DTS), monthly leadership meetings and pastoral care for training leaders at YWAM-Tyler, and leading teams of young people on outreach.
