Mission Trips

One of the best ways we know to hook up with God's heart for the world is to go on a mission trip. As you serve those in another culture, you will gain a fresh perspective of your life and your world. Read More...

About Global Ministries

Global Ministries is a ministry of Worship Center in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, that empowers people to carry the message of the Gospel throughout this nation and around the world.
Worship Center Global Ministries - See the World. Feel the Need. Make the Difference.
Everyone has a part in making the difference in someone's life - to be influencers for God. Through Worship Center's Global Ministries, we want to help empower you in any way we can to help you fulfill what God is asking of you. It can happen in our own neighborhoods, on the job, in our community, or in other countries. As a church family, this is our mission.

Care

The world is a big place with many challenges. There is a pandemic of spiritual emptiness. A global crisis of homelessness, poverty, hunger, and disease crushes lives and is taking casualties. In so many ways, it seems that society has lost its innocence as children are violated, ignored, and abandoned. The fabric of the family unit has unraveled and lost its meaning. People all over the world need to experience hope, healing, and restoration.

There is a way that we as a church can help people experience the love of God. We can begin to make a difference and administer hope through Worship Center's plan of CARE...

Compassion

(Justice for Children, Poor and Needy, Orphans)
Orphans
When we come face to face with someone's personal crisis, we are moved with compassion. A large part of our focus is in helping the poor and needy and bringing about justice for children, whether by giving a voice to the unborn or by rescuing children from destructive lifestyles. We are engaged in meeting their basic needs of safety, shelter, clothing, food, and education.

Assisting

(Those in Crisis, The Sick, Rebuilding Families)
Rebuilding Families
Worship Center is active in ministering to the sick through medical missions, and we provide for the ongoing needs of those affected by HIV/AIDS and other diseases. We respond to emergencies created by disasters such as storms, floods, and fire. We also are doing our part in helping to rebuild families through counseling and training that results in reconciliation and love.

Reaching

(Preaching, Sending, Spiritual Renewal)
Preaching, Spiritual Renewal
You don't have to travel far to see the results of spiritual emptiness in the world. Jesus has entrusted to us the ministry of the words of hope and life. Whether in large crusades or one-on-one relationship building, we convey God's message of love for mankind. We empower our global mission leaders to plant churches. We also send mission teams who assist in the construction of church buildings and homes.

Equipping

(Education, Training Leaders, Planting Churches)
Education
Following the example of Jesus as He trained His disciples, it's vital that we teach and train leaders to do the work of God on the earth. We do this by partnering with our global mission leaders in building and staffing Bible schools and training centers globally. We also help establish K-12 Christian schools in various parts of the world to prepare students for the future.
