Sam Smucker was raised in an Amish home in Lancaster County. Sam and his wife Sherlyn went to RHEMA Bible Training Center in Tulsa, OK. After graduating in 1977, they received an invitation from a newly formed group that was looking for a pastor. Sam and Sherlyn returned to Lancaster in May 1977 and started pastoring Worship Center. In addition to his role as Senior Pastor, Sam leads Worship Center's Global Ministries and serves as a Regional Director for RHEMA Ministerial Association International.

Children: Shannon, Christopher (in heaven), Nicole, Jamie. We also have 5 grandchildren.
Hobbies: I enjoy bowling and jogging. Sherlyn enjoys music and painting pictures. We both enjoy traveling.
Pets: Dog named Buffy

Interesting Facts: My highest bowling score is 298. Sherlyn's favorite oldies group is the Carpenters. We went to one of their concerts in 1970 while living in Phoenix. We also went to an Elvis Presley concert in Phoenix. Sherlyn loves roller coasters.

Don Neff is a 1970 graduate of Lancaster Mennonite High School. He attended Eastern Mennonite College for one year and later attended Living Word Training Center. For 11 years, he owned and operated a dairy/poultry farm and a bed and breakfast with his wife Doris. In 1984, Don came on staff as the Small Groups Director and moved into the Associate Pastor role in 1987. He also added Executive Pastor to his responsibilities in 2004.

Children: Matt (married to Amy), Heather (married to Josh Muffley), Heidi (married to Amos Stoltzfus). We also have 4 grandchildren.
Hobbies: Landscaping, walking with Doris, reading, being with the grandkids.

Interesting Facts: I was a catcher for fast pitch and modified softball teams for over 30 years. I can make a great monkey face.

Tim Keller graduated from Donegal High School in 1980 and also from RHEMA Bible Training School. He is a former real estate broker and current licensed auctioneer with Keller Auctioneers, specializing in real estate, antique, and benefit auctions. Tim became the youth pastor at Worship Center in 1986 and moved into the position of Ministry Development Director in 2004. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Lancaster County Therapeutic Riding.

John Smucker graduated from Lancaster Mennonite High School in 1987 and from Worship Center Bible School in 1997. His previous work experience includes 18 years at Smucker Company where he held the position of Operations Manager. He has been the Small Groups & Family Ministries Pastor since coming on staff at Worship Center in 2004. John also serves as the Director of the Conestoga Valley School Board.

Joe Castronova grew up in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Regent University with a Masters in Practical Theology and a Masters in Organizational Leadership. Joe and JoEllen started coming to Worship Center in 1998. He was a middle school science teacher for 4 years, and an environmental scientist for 3. Joe started Alpha at Worship Center and currently serves as Pastor of Evangelism and Discipleship.

Hobbies: Spending time with my family, hiking, running, reading, tormenting "Psycho," eating different foods, watching a good movie, and I always enjoy a great discussion
